Adrienne Nichols is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience specializing in Hand Therapy. For 20 years she was a Certified Hand Therapist. She has a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Physiotherapy) from McMaster University.
Adrienne focuses her care on providing thorough assessments and offering interventions such as custom splinting, education, exercise prescription, wound care and manual techniques to improve function, decrease pain and enhance quality of life. She treats conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. These diagnoses may result from trauma or injury, chronic conditions or acquired diseases.

When Adrienne is not working, she enjoys hiking and running on the trails in the Dundas Conservation Area.
