Kate completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During this time she played for McMaster’s Women’s Rugby team and developed her knowledge of strength & conditioning. Following this she graduated from Western University with a degree in Physical Therapy.

Community involvement is essential to Kate’s values and wellbeing. She is an avid participant in many community events and is especially passionate about empowering young women in sport. Kate is a strong believer in the power of movement and loves to work with anyone wishing to accomplish their rehabilitation and fitness goals. She wishes to help people realize their potential by providing the tools for self-management and encouraging them to take control of their health and well-being.

Outside of the clinic you can find her at the cottage, hiking, on the rugby field or spending time with family.
