
Kate McLellan
Physiotherapist
Kate is an orthopedic and level 2 pelvic health Physiotherapist working in Ancaster. She is a graduate of Western University’s Physical Therapy program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
Since graduating Kate has continued her education in manual therapy, pelvic health, acupuncture and concussion management.
Kate is passionate about sports, women’s health and helping people feel more confident in their bodies. She works with people of all ages, supporting them through a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor concerns, pregnancy and postnatal care.
During her education she played for both the McMaster Women’s and Western Women’s Rugby team, where she developed a strong foundation in strength and conditioning and a passion for athletic performance.

With a background in sport and a genuine love for movement, Kate focuses on empowering her patients through education, evidence based treatment and personalised care. Her goal is to help people return to the things they love - stronger, more comfortable and with confidence.
Outside of the clinic you can find her at the cottage, hiking, on the rugby field or spending time with family.
